1,The various components in the assembly before the valve should remove burrs,sharp edges and dirty,etc.

2,After assembly,flexble and smooth valve rotation,should not be jamming phenomenon

3,The design and manufacture according to the provisions of GB 12237-89

4,Valve inspection and testing in accordance with the provisions of GB 13927-92

5,Flange connection in accordance with the provisions of JB 79.1-94

6,After the test,remove stagnant water,and wiped the cavity,coated antirust oil,and ends in the path closed with a boring cover to prevent dirt into th cavity
